Water Testing for Lead and Copper Above Action Levels Results (Lead >15 ppb/Copper >1300 ppb — remedies indicated):

Results are available for all 20 school buildings as of November 16, 2016.  Temporary replacement bubblers have been provided for buildings with 10 or fewer functioning bubblers while repairs are underway.

  • Della Chiesa Early Childhood Center  No sinks or bubblers tested above action levels
  • Atherton Hough   No sinks tested above action levels; 1 bubbler (lead 15.7 ppb; it has been disconnected)
  • Beechwood Knoll  8 sinks  (labeled for handwashing only)
  • Bernazzani  11 sinks (labeled for handwashing only), 2 bubblers (lead 37 & 74 ppb; both have been disconnected)
  • Lincoln Hancock  21 sinks (labeled for handwashing only), 4 bubblers (lead 22 ppb, 71 ppb, 74 ppb, 790 ppb; copper 2000 ppb; all have been disconnected)
