Aspen Student Portal

If you are having difficulties logging into your Aspen account due to disabled password, please contact your student’s school.  Below are instructions if you have forgotten your password or your account has become disabled.

How do I retrieve my forgotten password?
On the log-in page, look under the log-in box for “I forgot my password.” Click on this link, follow the directions, and your password will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
What if my account is disabled?
If you have tried to log-in unsuccessfully 3 or more times, your account will be disabled. Please contact your school to have them reset your password.

QPS Summer Hours/New Student Registration

All Quincy Public Schools elementary and middle school offices are closed for the summer and will re-open on Monday, August 31.  For new students, please call your elementary or middle school office to make an appointment to register for school after August 31.

North Quincy High School and Quincy High School are open for registration throughout July and August.  Office hours are 8:00 am to 2:30 p.m. daily.

For students whose first language is not English, please contact Central Registration (617-376-3383)  beginning August 6 to schedule an appointment.

The 4th Annual Alumni Game is scheduled for Friday, August 7 at 8:00 PM at Veteran’s Memorial Stadium.  Any past QHS boys soccer alumni are welcome and encouraged to participate.  To register, please visit the alumni game registration link below.  All alumni wanting to play will need to register.  You can either pay at the end of the registration and save $5 (registration fee will be $15) or you can close the form at the end of the registration process and pay $20 the day of the event.  Registration fee includes a game day shirt.  Limited spaces available.

The game will be played in memory of Alfred Schofield, Class of ’64.  And once again, all proceeds will be donated to the Lamar Thompson Book Award.

Spread the word and register early! Every year this gets bigger and bigger!

Youth Employment Permits

Employment permits (“working papers”) for 14-to-17 year-old students are issued through the North Quincy and Quincy High School main offices for both Quincy Public Schools students and Quincy residents who attend private schools.   High School Principals Shaw and Taglieri have been designated by Superintendent DeCristofaro to issue these permits.

To begin the application process, click here to download the form.   Bring the completed form and a student id, recent report card, or birth certificate to either high school main office between the hours of 8:00 am and 2:00 pm for review and processing.   The high school offices are open Monday through Friday during July and August, with the exception of Friday, July 3.

Employment permits will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of completed form and required documentation.
