At the March 20 School Committee meeting, fourteen members of the Quincy High School SkillsUSA team were recognized for medaling in nine categories at the recent district competition. Thirty-five Quincy High School students participated in the district competition and the medalists will go on to compete at the upcoming Massachusetts SkillsUSA competition in late April, accompanied by Quincy High School teacher/advisor Ed Holmes.  SkillsUSA is a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together
to ensure America has a skilled workforce; there are 13,000 school chapters nationwide.
